Of course! Once you’ve placed your order and we’ve received your payment, we’ll provide you with a print preview showing exactly how the final design will look. This gives you the chance to review it together with your classmates. You’d like adjustments? Just let us know and we’ll update the design. You’re happy with it? After your approval, everything will go into production.
Absolutely — and on a regular basis! Discount codes are displayed directly in our shop or on Instagram (@akhoodies.co.uk). At the moment, you’ll receive plenty of free goodies: the higher your order value, the more complimentary items each student gets on top!
You can place your order either through the order form (ideal if you already have your own design and would like to upload it), or via our configurator. The configurator allows you to adjust existing designs or create your own from scratch, giving you full creative freedom. Of course, we’re also happy to accept orders via WhatsApp or email. Simply send us a message and we’ll provide you with the checklist containing all the important information we need to complete your order.
After you approve the final design, the usual production time is around 3–9 working days. During periods of high demand, slight delays may occur. We also offer express production for an additional fee, which is completed within approximately 1–3 working days. If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp and we’ll take care of everything. Thanks to our in-house print facility and our large stock levels, we’re able to respond flexibly to your needs./p>
After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation listing all the details once again. As soon as we’ve received your payment, you’ll get a print preview, which you can either approve or request changes to. No worries — we’ll adjust the design as many times as needed until you’re 100% satisfied.
Once approved, your order moves into production and will be shipped via DHL or DPD.
